Yes, if you have a TV tuner, then the monitor will stay in 4:3 because all of the video signals pass through the TV tuner on their way from the computer to the screen. So, two options:

1. Remove the blue cable from the back of the TV unit and plug that into the back of the MKIV unit. This of course means you'll lose your TV but you'll get 16:9 on the monitor.

2. Buy a 16:9 TV module / tuner. Usually go for around £300 / $515 on eBay.
