  1. Hmm ja, nei jeg har ikke fått en eneste permanent feilkode. Men du sier at på din så var bilen skikkelig dårlig dagen etter du hadde brukt den, også lengre tid enn det ga ikke noen merkbar forverring? Ja, jeg har ett som jeg prøvde å stappe nedi, men jeg klarte ikke å se sylinderveggene. Jeg får vel skaffe et annet som har videre vinkel på linsen
  2. Ja jeg har litt det samme på magefølelsen og. Det som jeg stusser litt på da er jo at tomgangen kommer seg like fort/sakte om bilen har stått i 8 timer og 2 uker. Hvordan var din med dette ahj? Og husker du hvordan lambda verdiene dine så ut under injector testing? Jeg syns det var rart at de alle skulle være så forskjellige, men de er vel muligens modne til utskifting alle sammen. Men jeg har jo og lest at injectorene kan feile på flere måter enn bare å lekke (feil spray mønster eller feil mengde).
  3. Skal se på linkene! Slik jeg har forstått det er det ikke det samme. Sånn som jeg har skjønt det så er Lambda verdien (den som står på linje 8 på F5-F6) måling på luft-bensin, 1.00 optimal med 0.97 i grenseland rik tilstand og 1.03 i grenseland "fattig" tilstand (vet ikke hva lean er på norsk 😂) Mens fueltrim (Ofte kalt for offset) er generelle kalibreringer for hvor mye bensin motoren typisk vil ha under ulike omstendigheter. Og Integrator er fortløpende justeringer etter hvordan O2 sensoren måler hvordan forbrenningen faktisk er Denne lambda verdien er slik jeg har skjønt det en relativ verdi til ideal forbrenning og skal i utgangspunktet ligge på 1.00 fast (hvertfall på tomgang). Men det er andre lambda verdier i INPA som vil endre seg etter hvilken modus bilen er i (Homogenous eller stratified)
  4. Det under står på engelsk fordi jeg først postet dette på E90post, men jeg ønsker å høre om noen her til lands og vet om noe. I am having problems diagnosing what's wrong with my N53 325i E90 Some knowns: I have an small exhaust leak before the NOX cat. Afaik cold idle is homogenous only, but can it still affect things? All 6 injectors are Index 11, changed under recall in 2014 IIRC What's happening: Rough idle on cold motor (gets much worse when its 0*C compared to 10-15*C), sometimes i get a CEL for misfires. In engine idle roughness all cylinders are jumping (some more than others) ELM327 mode 6 is reporting some misfires, but not enough to warrant the roughness in my eyes (I could be wrong though) When the engine warms up it seems good and smooth, but i can still see roughness tab in INPA (F5-F7), although smaller. What I have done: Changed sparkplugs (Those were due anyways) First I had two codes for bank 1 pre-cat lambda (2CAA and 2CA6), so I replaced that along with resetting adaptations. After doing some readaptations, the adaptions was (INPA injector learnbits) X:O X:O O:O X:X (along with crankshaft adaptation in F5-F6) But after running a NOX desulfation program the adaptations changed to X:X O:X (somehow unlearned line 2 row 1) O:O X:X I drove for 60-90kmh on CC to set longfuel trim adaptations for 5-10 mins at the time with 5 min idling inbetween One day I got misfire on cyl 5, so I changed sparkplug with 1 and coil with 3 (the code didn't come back, either on 5, 1 or 3). At the same time I pulled the rest of them to check conditions (here are pictures of the condition, numbers refer to the physical cylinder number) https://imgur.com/a/6dAD8Ro I also changed the coils on cylinder 4 & 6 (most often I get misfire codes on those), but that didn't make a difference either Ran through Bimmerprofs guide on MSD80 diagnosing using INPA -Pre engine start resistance and voltage on lambdas is OK -On engine (cold) start, the engine usually runs smooth (with a very low lambda, approching 0.8-0.9 until the lambda heaters settle (30-60%) and the integrator goes to between -15% to -25% and Lamda jumping from 0.97 to as high as 1.07 on both banks -When removing the oil cap the integrators goes to +30% in like two secounds, which would suggest a bad CCV valve according to Bimmerprof, but when I disconnect the CCV hose and plugged the end of the hose I got the same intergrators and lambda readings as with it connected (with oil cap on) -During the Injector test I got some very confusing Lambda readings when deactivating cylinders. (Cyl are marked in firing order on this page and physical number in parenthesis, and integrator is 0 when deactivating a cylinder) Bank 1: Cyl 1(1) deactivated: Bank1 1.21 Bank2 0.93 Cyl 3(3) deactivated: Bank1 1.16 Bank2 0.94 Cyl 5(2) deactivated: Bank1 0.94(!) Bank2 0.90 I got a similar low number on a second test Bank2: Cyl 2(5) deactivated: Bank1 0.86 Bank2 1.53(!) I got 1.28 with a slightly warmer engine when i retested it after a couple more minutes of idling. Cyl 4(6) deactivated: Bank1 0.86 Bank2 1.06 Cyl 6(4) deactivated: Bank1 0.89 Bank2 1.13 After pressing F8 to end the test it returned to a good -9% and -1% integrator with a lambda of 1.00. But after shutting it off for an hour, the integrator was back to -20% when I started it again.
