Men hvorfor går den ned i rpm når jeg åpner oljelokket da? Skal rpm ikke være lik uansett?

Et annet problem som har dukket opp, er at det virker som det er dårlig forbrenning. Lukter bensin.

Dersom bilen ikke har vært startet på en uke, er den ganske tungstartet og det lukter skikkelig bensin.

Når den først har startet går den som en skikkelig, men det virker som om den ikke går på alle sylinderne de 10 første sekundene.

I am not BMW specialist, BUT- if You have MAF (luft mengde molar) so I am shure 99,9% that it is gone.. :? It gives too rich of fuel or too little of fuel- it is dangerous for pistons than- less fuel+ more air = higher burning temperature in cylinders= if You are unlucky, than You get burned hole in pistons or it burns valves too sometimes.. :?

It's cool to have a soul friend from Lativa here. If you can do flocking to a fair price, I'm sure that is very good for many of us! If you have any other BMW-skills, please tell us!

When I was young & beautiful.. :mrgreen: I had a BMW 325ix 86' and after 91' 320. 2 years ago me and friend of mine, we was running a workshop- http://www.subaruworkshop.com We did flocking, engine repair & upgrade, gearbox repair, made 3inch exaust + upgrades, and basic diagnostic. Basicly we fixed Subaru.... but the princips of engine are almost just the same for all the cars. But our economy pressed me to come back to Norway (i am here from 2002, except 2,5 years) I will try to read ''teknisk'' more and maybe i can help somebody with some advice.. :wink:

Check exaust! Does it smells more petrol..? :roll: How many engine temp. sensors do you have? 1 or 2? If it smells more petrol, than can be: temp. sensor who gives information to ECU is gone.. If this sensor ''dies'' by cold engine, ECU gives more rich with fuel- choke regime. When engine is running on norm.temp. it is too rich mix of fuel/air, than RPM begin to go a little up & down also when you accelerate, engine may be a little ''lazy''.

Check all the connections for air intake, could be some leak

Check MAF
