Very challenging but not impossible. The trouble is you will need to change the DDE (Engine ECU) and you will probably find that your EWS (Car ECU) doesn't talk to a DDE version 4&5 (150bhp engine, V4 is the EU3 standard V5 is the EU4 standard) so you may need to swap that as well, also the key codes are held the DDE and so you will either need to bring the donor car locks and keys over or pay somebody to re-code the keys.
Finally the fuel supply arrangements are different, the 150bhp engine needs a pre-supply fuel pump where as the 136bhp does not, only a lift pump in the tank.
The other issues is you will need a complete engine, most second-hand engines are just a block but you will need all the turbos, injectors, common rail and fuel pump etc. which will make the make the replacement expensive.
Best bet is to flog the 136bhp car and buy a 150bhp car, much cheaper
